New Tech Observatory > 2019 > MALAGA OBSERVATORY GIVES VISIBILITY TO NEW TECHNOLOGIES AT A NATIONAL LEVEL IN ONDA CERO
The Observatory of Malaga, held on July 17 and 18, gave national visibility to New Technologies and the arrival of the 5G in the program “Por fin no es lunes”, presented by Jaime Cantizano on weekends in Onda Cero.
“The 5G isn’t future: It’s present. It comes to change life in multiple activities of human beings and companies”, said Ricardo Medina, CEO of Medina Media Events, organizer of the New Tech Observatory, whose third edition will take place in the Digital Content Hub of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
The New Tech Observatory is recognized as the main multidisciplinary meeting in Spain on these disciplines.
For two days and 25 keynotes, the Observatory of Malaga allows attendees to have a panoramic view on the latest developments in New Technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Video Games, eSports, etc.
Jaime Cantizano was interested in different aspects of the implementation of 5G in Spain and the closest applications it will have in fields such as entertainment, televisions, health, mobility and privacy of citizens.
“In 5 years we will be able to massively enjoy many of the advantages of 5G in Spain. We are not the leaders, but this time we aren’t in the European caboose”, said Medina, who also organizes the 5GForum in Malaga, the main meeting of professionals in our country (after the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona).
National and international experts come to the New Tech Observatory to offer a yearly updated overview of the latest developments in these disciplines, which are usually analysed vertically in other specialist meetings, but never as a whole.
